Prerequisite for class

You must do yoga on an empty stomach- wait three hours after your last meal. If you must snack, make it something light such as a piece of fruit. Fatty, oily food will make you feel nauseous in class, while sweets will make you feel shaky or dizzy. Follow directions exactly- otherwise, you might hurt yourself. Go into postures slowly; breathe normally while in the posture.
